The coin is the same design as KM107, but different metal. The 2008 type is magnetic (copper plated steel?) and as such, a new subtype, maybe KM107b (Krause still did not list it).

It seems that by the end of 2009 we'll see a monetary reform (1:1000) in Belarus. We'll see these new coins circulating in a country that never used their own coins before (just commemoratives).
They seem to have been minted at Kremnica, Slovakia.
